Apricot Mornings is a group of four privately owned residential living facilities. Our focus was twofold: share about their family like atmosphere, and give families an easy way to take a tour and see for themselves. Calls to action were focused on “Speak to the Owner” to help support the family feel of the business. They also wanted a way to simplify the intake process for staff members. So we created digital forms to handle introductions, referrals and pre-admission items.

The Thing Orlando is a live event for entrepreneurs that is hosted by Terry Weaver. The existing event website was functioning, but had challenges due to the WordPress theme, abandoned plugins and website copy that needed updating. We collaborated with a team of copywriters to distill the event story and feel into a messaging strategy for the event. The outcome was a cohesive landing page with updated event details and registration information. We also created a template for future events that will make launching new landing pages must more streamlined.

The Spot Archery is a local pro shop with indoor archery range. Their previous website wasn’t driving engagement or leads and they approached us to create a mobile friendly website that showcased their services and expertise. Their strength is face to face sales and service, so we wrote copy to point people towards a call that would lead to a store walk-in. Calls to action included a “Call Now” option, plus a “Click to Call” pop-up that appears during store open hours. Within the first month, they saw a 30% increase in calls to the store and close to 50% increase during peok seasons. These lead to more foot traffic into the store and a steady stream of people looking for pro shop service and archery lessons.

The Black Tie is a family-owned men’s formalwear business in Fresno, California. After 26+ years in the community, the store leadership was changing and they wanted to update their website. The goal was to position them as the premiere destination for tuxedo and suit rentals in the area. We worked to craft new website copy that told their story, while also including SEO keywords and phrases to increase search results. We followed it up with new page layouts and development of custom landing pages targeting their ideal customers. Within 8 weeks of launch, they saw dramatic changes in year over year walk-in traffic, with people mentioning they had found them online. Website visits were on the rise and referrals and calls from Google increased weekly.
